Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped the following Monday after purchase. We aim to get your order to your doorstep in the best possible state and if there's a delay in shipping before the weekend, we wouldn't be able to guarantee it. We appreciate your patience.

If we have experienced a delay in inventory, customers will be notified individually as to why their order is delayed and when you can expect to receive your order. 
Refund Policy

While we do not accept returns for our food products or offer refunds based on personal taste, we will issue credit or refund for products that are damaged en route to their destination. To seek credit, please email or call us with the following information:
